Monday, 11 April 2005, the European Union – African Union Troika will take place at the Kiem Conference Centre (CCKiem) in Luxembourg. Jean Asselborn, the Luxembourg Minister for Foreign Affairs and Immigration and current President of the Council of the European Union, will chair the meeting in the presence of Javier Solana, the High Representative of the European Union for the Common Foreign and Security Policy, Louis Michel, the European commissioner for Development and Humanitarian Aid, Olu Adeniji, the Nigerian Minister for Foreign Affairs (Nigeria currently chairs the African Union), Alcinda Abreu, Minister for Foreign Affairs and Cooperation of Mozambique and the commissioners Dr Maxwell M. Mkwezalamba, Said Djinnit and Elisabeth Tankeu.
Media representatives must request an accreditation for this event until 9 April 2005.
