On 27 January 2005, Jean Asselborn, current President of the Council of the European Union and Luxembourg’s Minister for Foreign Affairs and Immigration will outline the external relations priorities of the Luxembourg Presidency before the Permanent Council of the OSCE in Vienna.

The presentation will begin at 10:00AM and will be followed by an exchange of views between the minister and the members of the OSCE Permanent Council.
