Jean Asselborn to attend UN commemoration of the liberation of Nazi death camps

On 24 January 2005, Jean Asselborn, Minister for Foreign Affairs and President of the Council of the European Union, will attend a special session of the UN General Assembly in New York to commemorate the 60th anniversary of the liberation of the Nazi death camps.

During the commemorative ceremony, Jean Asselborn will address the General Assembly in the name of the European Union.
