The Ministers for Foreign Affairs of the G8 countries will meet in London on 23 June 2005. Jean Asselborn, current President of the Council of the European Union, will represent the European Union at the meeting, which will mainly focus on the situation in Afghanistan and the Middle East Peace Process.
